The clinical presentations will be on Thursday afternoon with an exhibitors reception immediately following. Thursday morning and Fridays program will offer workshops. The exhibit hall will be open for the reception Thursday evening and thru lunch on Friday.

Seminar Cancellation Policy: 100% refund with three weeks notice; 50% refund with less than three weeks notice. No refund on day of the meeting or after. Substitutions are accepted from same facility.
